You have the right to change the product (or products) you received within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order, with a surcharge of the return shipping cost, of the order of three euros (3.00 €).

Necessary conditions for the change of the product are that it is in the excellent condition that was received, that it has not been used and that tabs and stickers have not been removed. Proof of payment must also be included, as accompanying proof of shipment.

In case of return-change of a defective product, it can be replaced with the same product (if available) or replaced with another item of equal or greater value. No refunds.
