Delivery: Without prejudice to the provisions of condition 5 above regarding the availability of products and subject to exceptional circumstances in this case, we will make every effort to complete your order for the product (s) listed on the Confirmation Order within the estimated time period that appears when you choose a payment method, and in any case within 30 days from the date of Order Confirmation.The delivery of the products is done through the carrier cooperating with us (SPEEDEX) and their shipping time is between three and four (3-4) working days from the next day of Order Confirmation. There are no shipments or deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. However, delays can occur, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason the delivery of the parcel is greatly delayed, please contact us or the courier company to locate the parcel.For the purposes of these terms, "delivery" shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products, the which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
Non-delivery: If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, he will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you need to do to pick it up and will contact you by phone. The prices on our website include VAT but not the shipping costs, in case you are charged for Shipping Costs.According to our company's policy, shipping costs for retail purchases within the Greek territory over euros (60 €) are free for you, while for purchases under forty euros (60 €) you will be charged the amount of three euros (3.00 €).
